Our story
It all started with writing out the word “THRIVE” in big bold letters on a scrap of paper in my bible. And it sat there for two years untouched.
I had begun working in a ministry serving mothers in addiction recovery and helping them discover God’s unrelenting love for themselves and their children…and it ignited something in me to want to share more, learn more and do more in the arena of modern motherhood, faith and the health of our homes. I’m passionate about helping women shed their shame and step into the life God has called them to live.
Thrive Life Mama really came out of just beginning to share more of life- and how to thrive in our faith walk, our health and our homes. It is about present motherhood- avoiding the distractions today that can steal the joy in this season. I am seeking a vintage style of motherhood - one with minimal screens and more dirt under their fingernails and face to face interactions.
It has evolved into not only a place where I can share thoughts and ideas but also a place where you can find resources, wear your faith, get messy in the kitchen and come alongside other mothers who are right where you are, maybe a few steps ahead or behind.
I am far from the picture perfect mom, Christian, wife and homemaker- although they are the hats that I happily wear. I am not where I want to be, but I am sure a lot better off than where I started.
Here you will find encouragement for the day to day (because lets face it, life throws us some curveballs) and a little wannabe homesteader, former teacher and entrepreneur life thrown into the mix.

About Jenny
Jenny is the proud mom to Levi (8), Lucianna (6), Lola (4) and wife to Robbie. She taught middle and elementary school in the public school system for 10 years and has served as a work-from-home Realtor for nearly 16 years- also flipping homes and investing in real estate alongside her husband.
She loves to write, bake, garden, remodel homes, drink coffee with her friends and convince her husband to buy more farm animals. She is passionate about helping women and youth struggling with addiction and shame find and renew their faith to build the kind of life that Christ died for them to live.
She started Thrive Life Co. in 2022 in when she began writing online, branding apparel and coffee, as well as selling bible studies, jewelry and home goods that align with the brand mission to encourage and equip hearts and homes. She is trying to cultivate a vintage childhood for her kids while simultaneously attempting to avoid a distracted motherhood and beat the algorithm to be as present as possible with her family.
She and her family live in Latrobe, Pa along with their wild Bernedoodle, cat, flock of chickens and rescue horse, Liberty, who lives down the road.
