Power-Packed Weekday Snack!

So I wanted to share a staple in our house for weekday snacks- they aren't pretty but they're power- packed! I love incorporating our clean protein powder and greens booster in as well to give it an extra immune boosting punch for our kiddos- and the beauty is they don't even know it is there! They are also gluten-free if you have any sensitivities in your home. These are great alongside breakfast or a after school snack.
You can get creative with these but I like to keep it pretty simple. This is also a fun one if the kids like to "help" with the baking like mine do!
Banana Protein Muffins
2c Oats
4 scoops of chocolate protein powder
4 scoops of greens booster
3 eggs
2 ripe bananas
1.5 c of unsweetened applesauce
1t baking powder
Combine the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and mix. Grease the muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 mins or until passing the knife test.
Makes a dozen larger sized muffins.
